I’m Suzanne Warwick, a holistic counsellor in private practice based in Kiama (on the New South Wales South Coast). I’m a trained facilitator of ‘The Work’ of Byron Katie, a transformational group therapist and art therapist.

If you are feeling unsettled or concerned about how you are or have been responding to events that have been happening in your life, it is often helpful to talk to someone apart from your partner, family, or friends. Being able to bounce ideas and thoughts off someone who is supportive, objective and interested in your experiences can help you improve how you feel about yourself and open up new options and choices in your life.
My approach to healing and growth is holistic and recognises that inner life and outer encounters provide a continuous path for lifelong learning. I believe that inner development brings outer change. When I change - the world changes with me.
I provide individuals and couples with face-to-face counselling (skype/telephone counselling available by request), and I facilitate transformational group work. My services incorporate the practises of ’The Work’ of Byron Katie and Art Therapy.
